When in Paradise…

Well we had some pretty grand plans cooked up in the last few weeks but we unfortunately got sidetracked. We were supposed to meet up with our buddy boat in Key West and whoop it up on Duval to officially say ‘See Ya Soon’ before their big trip south to Guatemala. BUT… a stupid battery issue delayed us and then we got hit with a stomach bug to end all stomach bugs. The whole family was hit… no one was spared…

Sadly we are officially on our own now as our buddy boat made an 80 hour passage from Key West to Mexico. They are now sending picts of $1 tacos and $1.50 buckets of beer much to our dismay… jerks. ;)

We are happily hanging out in a little slice of heaven in Marathon. We spend most afternoons snorkeling and swimming and taking sunset cruises. Toni (the owner of the island) stops by sometimes and continues to be super helpful and generous towards us.

We were supposed to start making our way north by now but it’s so lovely we just extended another month… because as my mom says ‘You don’t leave fun to find fun!’. LOL!
